Taylor Hume

Weddings Manager

I started working in hospitality when I was 15 years old. I have been in the wedding industry since 2017, and now have taken part in hundreds of weddings!

I’ve been in retail, customer service, food and beverage service, and now, wedding and event coordination.

I had worked at other venues leading up to 2020, but I knew I needed to move on to a newer challenge, and I am so glad I did! Now,

I am a wife, mother, dog mom, and homeowner. Besides being a mother, my favorite role I play is being a Wedding Coordinator. From getting to know each couple, to watching them see each other for the first time on their wedding day, I love everything about my job! 

Jennifer Stephens

Co-owner & Wedding and Event Coordinator

I have been passionate about this industry since 2017, when I married my best friend, Justin. We struggled trying to plan how we wanted to build a venue at an affordable price.

In 2018, we spoke with my brother in-law, Eric, and slowly started building our dream from the dirt up, literally! I was able to leave my fulltime job as a Recreational Therapist and begin full time at the Barn in August 2020, and have been coordinating weddings since our opening in October 2020!

We had our first son, Jackson in November 2020 (that timeline was close!) and second son, Luke in July 2022! This has been an amazing journey to be on with Justin, Eric, and Theo, who is our beloved pug, and all our dedicated staff. We are truly ecstatic to be able to share our dream and vision with you!.

Nicole Grabowski

Bar Manager & Wedding and Event Coordinator

I was born and raised in Southern NH and graduated from Great Bay Community College with a degree in Hospitality Management. I also have a Bartending License!

Restaurants were my first passion – I started waitressing part time in 2009. After I graduated in 2018, I quickly found a Restaurant Management job on the Seacoast, and grew to love the ins and outs of this industry. I am passionate about all things culinary and I’d consider myself quite the “at home chef”!

After 2020 taking a big toll on restaurants as a whole, I was looking for something different. I grew up with the owner, Jenn, and when she wanted to open a venue, I was one of the first people in line! It feels so good to be working on such an amazing team here. I am currently planning my own wedding here at The Barn, and I could not be more excited!

Shannon McMahon

Wedding and Event Coordinator

I attended NHTI here in Concord, and received my degree in Hospitality and Management, and a certificate in Wedding Planning.

I started working in hospitality in 2016, and worked my first wedding that same year as event staff! Watching the behind the scenes at these events made me interested in continuing to pursue hospitality.  From then on, I have continued to work in customer service and hospitality roles, from the front desk at an Inn, to my current job as a Wedding Coordinator!

I love being a part of so many couples’ special days, and seeing just how unique each wedding can be! From décor to speeches, it is so special to hear and see when two people become one.

Sydney Nicholson

Wedding and Event Coordinator

It has always been a dream of mine to work in the wedding industry, and two years ago, I was fortunate enough to find this amazing team to work with at the Barn. Since then, I have been learning from the best and gaining some invaluable experience!

I started my professional career in retail, then worked my way into management. As much as I enjoyed this role, I knew it wasn’t what I woke up everyday wanting to do.

Now, as a wedding coordinator, I can proudly say that I love my job. With 8 years of customer service and management under my belt, it’s helped me with problem-solving, quick decision-making, and organization, to keep each wedding running smoothly! I have now been a part of 50+ weddings, and I am very much looking forward to meeting all my future couples.

Lisa Jones

Venue Manager & Assistant Coordinator

I have been working in the corporate world and event planning for many years!  In the past, I have planned corporate events at five-star resorts, including all the logistics associated with it.

When the opportunity to work at such a beautiful, family-owned venue presented itself, I could not pass up the opportunity. Working social and corporate events at the Barn at Bull Meadow has been a dream come true. 

I also very much enjoy the opportunity to be an assistant wedding coordinator, which involves closing out weddings at the venue as well. Being involved in all these different types of events has been very rewarding and all around a positive experience. I’m proud to be a part of the Bull Meadow family!
